@Simmi Minhas One thing you might consider is getting leads fromRealtor.com's program that was formerly known as OpCity. 

I am sirprised with the area close to las olas and downtown, places like middle river, wilton manors and victoria park are attracting investors looking for hous@ s to flip as the are is growing.I am a new licenaed agent but my partner has been flipping for years so we have real experiencia to share.
