@Phil SheltonYou would need a civil engineer to provide a drawing to get submitted to zoning and get a permit if it passes zoning is most common This also depends on the road - if it’s a state road forget it as it will take a year to get approved and cost a fortune - if it’s a local road process not as cumbersome but don’t expect this to happen quicklyIn some instances you may have to prepare sight distances etc to make sure it’s safe to add a curb cut

All these properties were bought sight unseen on their recommendations. 

Not to mention short sighted as you are now finding out.

I make it a personal challenge not to lose even 1 dollar of a syndication  investment and make every deal profitable.

I have seen many investors lose money due to purchasing site unseen.

Con - lose any possible property appreciation over the next two years.

Even if you break even, you will lose money every month it sits vacant, when you need repairs, property management, etc.

Ithaca usually seems to have good intentions but this one is just short-sighted.
