Hi I have been helping my parents with communicating to their tenant about renewing a lease with a rent increase.

I think it does help rent it with those items.

When we bought it, we made sure there were no leasing restrictions in the HOA rules.Now, we’re are notified that the neighborhood is pushing for new leasing restrictions, and it’s not just about Airbnb—it seems like they’re trying to limit long-term rentals as well.

Used properly, with FULL disclosure to all sides, lease options, subject to etc can be beneficial to all sides.  

I think a March 1 lease might be a little out of reach..
