Check out Furnished Finder, Sabbatical Homes, Corporate Housing, Sublet, CHBO, and Kopa. 

I'd vote for finding the best of the lot and if there is vacancy, as long as you are willing to furnish and do some promotion of it (Airbnb, Kopa, Craigslist, Furnished finder) then I think you'll be fine with it as a month to month STR until Airbnb is back in business.

I've looked at Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Kopa and other means to see what other people are advertising for their units that would be considered good comps. 

@Bryan Kopa is correct....I know several people that use Ray's company.

Also do not count out MTR platforms such as FurnishedFinder and Kopa to rent to traveling nurses and young professionals.

I live in Philadelphia and I work in KoP as well and I make that commute each week and yes, it is absolutely miserable esp if you encounter traffic congestion.Good luck with your upcoming purchase.

I also have a furnished MTR (1-6 months) in Arvada that I operate through Furnished Finder and Kopa.

I know insurance agents got mentioned above, I guess the same would be true for contractors doing large remodels.There seem to be very few MTR in my area on FF, Kopa, or Airbnb.

Also take a look at the website Kopa which is similar to Furnished Finder.
