Hosting is a never ending game of improving. 

I used to own a large SFR management company I sold to Evernest in 2019 and I manage a Kroger SC and a set of retail condo suites for a client now but it isn't my thing. 

They are a reputable company.

As an STR/MTR host and co-host in North Atlanta, I recommend streamlining your tech stack with tools that help manage both short-term and mid-term stays.For PMS, I like Hospitable and Guesty — both great for automating bookings, messaging, and team coordination.

I suspect the investment in AI will push the better properties and hosts to the top of the pages and push mediocre properties and hosts down.

Ike, there are plenty of great property management companies in Atlanta but you still have to check behind them.

Many of the popular companies haven't made money in years if ever.
