Actually it looks like it is by each individual housing authority if they will participate.Hate to say this, but it is going to be like finding a needle in a haystack.....borrower will need to find a lender that will do it. 

Hey Ram,I know exactly what you're going through; finding DSCR lenders who are wrap-friendly can feel like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

West is pretty affluent and finding those kind of deals are true needles in the haystack.

Also finding people with the same goals, at the same place financially, who want to do the same thing, and who are trustworthy, seems to be like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Anyone who actually listens to me knows that I've said repeatedly "there's a needle in every haystack" if you are willing to put in the time to find them. 

Just sayin.. its a nice flip deal I see these every week. but if your ONLY trying to buy sub to your going to miss a ton of deals were cashing out seller will land you many more deals than trying to find the needle in the haystack sub to..

There could be isolated cases where it makes sense, but those are needle in the haystack properties/situations.

Whether that is the ability to find needle in the haystack properties or situations, take on a serious fixer, self manage in a market that is remote and tough to self manage, or some other situation that most investors don't want to take on. 

Look for needles in haystacks.
