Also, having an "Instagrammable moment" like a mural with your own hashtag on it as a focal point makes the social media game much more intuitive for your guests.For those with retreat properties who need to hunt down event clients, I'm hearing great things about South African VAs for outside sales. 

What would be great is if there was a hashtag you could use AND BP search function actually works.

@Suzanne Ferguson if you search the hash tag TNR and maybe your city I bet there are several nonprofits that will come out, trap them, fix them, tip them and release them.

Should I be opening up the privacy settings a bit on my IG and/or FB and start using hashtags to attract the attention of those looking?

@Alexander George post that on LinkedIn, with some NYC Real Estate hashtags, and you'll get thousands of brokers sending their deals.
