Hey hey! My name is Michael and I am a new RE investor in Las Vegas! I am excited about starting a new chapter in my life and am confident I will find some success in this industry.

I am a full time firefighter with the City of Las Vegas and have been in that industry for the last 8 years. I am looking at capitalizing on my time off and transitioning into a second career in real estate investment. I am currently in the middle of a project flip with another investor... may I say, what an exciting experience it has been thus far! I hope to make some new networking connections through this site and look forward to chatting with many of you soon!

I grew up in a firefighter household. My mom was the first female firefighter paramedic in Nevada. My Dad was a fire fighter and then Captain with Clark County for 25+ years.

With the amount of time firefighters have off Real Estate is a great way to make some extra $$$ in the off time.
