I just got my first returned envelope because of a deceased home owner, which was a little somber but at the same time gratifying because I'm probably targeting the right houses. 

I am going to love making money and taking pride in real labor is great and gratifying.

Happy to share, and one unanticipated outcome from this project is getting to know the RE investing community in Toronto - a group of wonderful and humble folks who support each other through a sometimes challenging, yet gratifying journey!

The most gratifying feeling that is getting the call about 3 months after closing from an investor who just sold a deal 103% of list in the first month of being on market.  

I enjoy working as an agent as it makes me a better investor and it is very gratifying to share knowledge..New construction is a different animal and it is a LOT of work and much more red tape than I thought.

What has been the most gratifying thing you've have learned or experienced since jumping into real estate?

& I certainly appreciate the time & effort it takes, but It's gratifying to stand back & see YOUR finished design evolve from the original demolition.I've done 3 in the last 12 months & the last one took 244 1x2ft porcelain floor tiles but I did loose 15 lbs.
