To give some background, I am a 21-year-old engineering graduate and just started my first salary job ($80,000+), living in Salt Lake City, UT. 

I teach aspiring financial planners at the graduate level at Golden Gate University and often hear this sort of sales pitch for IULs, Infinite Banking, etc. 

I’m currently diving into real estate investing and management, with the goal of purchasing my first rental property in the next few years.My son is graduating next year, and he has been interested in early investing since a young age.

We have a good amount of guest that come for graduations at Fort Jackson, baseball tournaments, family get togethers, lots of people for various types of work trips, etc.

I’ve been in the financial planning industry for nearly 13 years, hold a Master’s in Advanced Financial Life Planning, I’m a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and I also teach these concepts to aspiring CFPs and graduate students at Golden Gate University.

I get get really good prices for home games, graduation, ceremonies, moving kids in and out etc.I get all these bookings from VRBO.

The UofA (which I graduated from so Bear Down) will always ensure Tucson is on the map.

I made a “B” in statistics, but did graduate Phi Beta Kappa.  

As I mentioned I finished my post graduate education 50 years ago, so my experience may not be so relevant in today's world, with so much of the information we received in college courses available on line for free.
