Are you saying foreshadowing of potential outcomes for purchasing properties and being hurt by laws?

Telling you after the fact shows a lack of responsibility that may foreshadow pet owner type shirking of responsibility.

I have always been able to foreshadow what is to come.I have been one of the lucky ones who has been able to peak into the future and see things how they will be and apply them to the present.

You kind of foreshadowed my answer.

Credit reports can help to give you a holistic view of the prospective tenant's payment history as well as any current debts or public records they have, which may foreshadow how likely they are to pay rent on time (aka, how quickly you get a check!). 

A little foreshadowing there probably has some folks nodding there heads.  

You can buy a duplex in an area that is foreshadowed to appreciate (I don't run numbers based on this its just a cherry on top) renovate and pull equity out of it while renting the second unit (you can also convert the garage(s) of these into ADU's. 3.

@Aaron Gordy and both tunneling project rumors and filed permits for battery production is likely foreshadowing of even more growth for the area.
