One  summer we spent a good bit of time up on the Chesapeake but we usually travel in the winter and end up spending a good bit of time in Cocoa, Fl (just north of Vero Beach) because I grew up there and still have family there.

The property is located in Denver's finest neighborhood, and the purchase was financed partly with my savings and a hard money loan that included provisions for construction costs.
