Immigration/Emigration- How many people are coming and going?

I have only been in the USA for 4 years (emigrated from the UK), so I don't have too much capital or equity in my personal home, 401K or other investments  right now , but I want to find a way to get started in investing in real estate this year.I have access to up to $70,000 from my family in the UK.

Research at the medical schools literally stopped, so the best doctors left Austria and emigrated to other countries.

These "fat cats" will pick up and emigrate to Australia and New Zealand.How it ends will be anyone's guess.

So I was told that Canada requires a minimum investment to emigrate, and one way to do it is in a restaurant, or maybe some real estate.

I looked at Cap rates, demographics, growth, emigration, industry, you name it.

Look at net migration and emigration.

I think people who emigrate tend to be the risk-takers of their own societies so we end up getting the more enterprising ones.

In particular I want to know if the area is seeing emigration or immigration, and why. 

He and his girlfriend (she is Mexican) want to emigrate to Mexico in a few years (not more than three, he says).
