Hey guys my name is Jeremy I live in Los Angeles and I'm looking to invest in Ohio specifically Cleveland, Toledo and Dayton in B/C areas I wanted to see if there were any investors located in Los Angeles that would be willing to meet up with me over lunch to discuss either one of those areas and possibly give me some advice

Hey @Jeremy Young, happy to connect with fellow LA out of state investors anytime. We might also be hosting another meetup in August for LA folks who invest in Cleveland, date TBD. There's a bunch of us who get together and share ideas and resources!

If you're looking at Dayton def connect with @Ryan Ingram who's a local investor there (hey Ryan!)
