Storage, i was looking at getting a bed with under-bed drawers, as well as a dresser in the bedroom.The current stair design allows for a closet at the bottom of the stairs that will house the hot water tank, and additional storage for cleaning supplies, suit cases, etc.

And figure out a place where someone could put a dresser at least one that's a tall boy type, although most renter type bedroom sets come with a long dresser with a mirror on top.

Hair dressers “rent their seat” in salons all the time.Now a residential property owner may not want their property used as a quasi hotel, but suggesting there is no reason that someone could do something absurd like leasing an asset to use in a buusiness is rude and demeaning.

Remind the current tenant that you will be with the people, but to be safe, put valuables away (eg inside a dresser drawer).

And one room was about 10’x12’ and we still got a dresser and a comfortable chair in that room as well.

God bless them, they are often wonderful waiters and hair dressers and service people and . . . .  

A bed would be the first thing , maybe a dresser and a night stand 

the only problem with the closet is that older homes used wardrobes and dressers , no closets in bedroom 

Would it be ok to not have dressers and all in the flex space?

Please share recommendations on where to buy basic furniture (sofa, chair, end tables, coffee tables, dressers for bedrooms,etc) that will last through the years but also be reasonable.
