Furnishings for student housing

I have a 4 bed/4 bath unit in a college town that is in a complex that is popular with international students.  They look for units that are furnished.  I bought it, a few years ago, and it was sparsely furnished but what is there needs to be replaced. 

 Please share recommendations on where to buy basic furniture (sofa, chair, end tables, coffee tables, dressers for bedrooms,etc) that will last through the years but also be reasonable.
