Pretty catchy IMO.....VRBOs money would be much better spent hiring better talent on the app/web development side.

PMs get Realtor and current client referrals, incoming leads from their own web presence, and sometimes guests buy and become clients.

They claim to charge in the "high 4 figures" - one web source says it's $4800 - to join their group and get access to their network and resources.  

It can be found on the municipality’s housing authority web page.
