Confused by the 23K down payment comment. why would you need down payment on a property you already own?

I'm already a Pro Stessa member and am slightly confused after reading through all of the comments here what exactly would be included on Stessa if I go Pro with BP.

But the whole concept of foreclosed homes is confusing to me. 

A lot of people have been confused about my role in wholesaling, perhaps, they are not familiar with it.

I think you're confusing the quantity of items with curb appeal.

@Ashish Acharya @Clinton Davis yeah that's the last I heard too but there seems to be alot of confusion and I find it hard to believe that the Govt would enforce the outrageous penalties with all this confusion. 

Hi Amanda, I think this is where most borrowers get confused on a DSCR loan.

I looked at discord....just left me confused.
