Question about wholesaling
Greetings, everyone, I am RJ, I am 18 years old. I am new in this community. I thankful for finding this app through a book I have been reading.
But I would like to inquire in regard to introducing myself both to sellers and cash buyers. A lot of people have been confused about my role in wholesaling, perhaps, they are not familiar with it. So, questions: (1) How do I properly introduce myself role when calling a seller and cash buyers? This is really an object of my hindrance to achieving my end. Another question (2) How can I get paid? I know it is by means of assignment free in an assignment contract, however, what troubles me is understanding the process of assignment free. Do I have to pay for assigning a contract? How exactly does transactional lenders work? Am I borrowing their money and paying them after the deal is closed? What comes first, what comes before, and what follows?
I really appreciate your help, everyone.
