Hello all. I'm expanding my rental portfolio using my own money...rather than the VA. I would love to connect with people in regards to long term rental investing. I'm hoping to learn from your mistakes as well as share mine. I looked at discord....just left me confused. I'm hoping this is the place. Please prove me right!
