If you buy other properties later on there, you can probably do it yourself if you are confortable with all the minutiae of the process.For Florida land trust, I would highly recommend the “Land Trust in Florida” book by Mark Warda that contains everything you need.For other states I haven’t researched specific publications.Mr land trust books and academy are a great general resource on the subject, but I felt that it was lacking some details that may be state specific.

David - glad it worked out  ..not sure if this as mentioned above  ...even with your spouse  off the new loan , she  can still go on the title of the property ( if desired)  ..this is called a NBS  ( non borrowing spouse ) ..often this makes the spouse  more confortable and part of the transaction

I like it a lot and I find I am suprised by structure and the help I can get in areas I am not confortable with (mainly accounting).My hopes, then are to, non-aggresively for now, start buying more properties and educate myself that way through hand-ons practice.
