My Name is Tyler Conforti. I come from an entrepreneurial background having starting my first successful business at 15 years old. I currently run a swimming pool company and have started my journey in real estate investing the last 4 years.
I am a teacher, clinical Social Worker with a Jungian focus and a new landlord.
I live in Miami Beach, FL and have witnessed many of the highs and lows of real estate. While Miami Beach has really come back from the recession, I see a lot of value in the lower income neighborhoods. I have no experience as an investor but I think I'm ready to get my feet wet.
I have been a real estate attorney in the DC metro area for nearly 20 years. I have also been a real estate agent, broker and investor for more than 10 years. Last year I co-founded a real estate company providing brokerage, property management and consulting services.
