What are the ins and outs taking title to a buy and hold in a Land Trust? Where can I get the contracts/forms required?

    @Pedro Guillen

    For the first one I would also recommend using an attorney who is knowledgeable on the subject in the jurisdiction. If you buy other properties later on there, you can probably do it yourself if you are confortable with all the minutiae of the process.

    For Florida land trust, I would highly recommend the “Land Trust in Florida” book by Mark Warda that contains everything you need.

    For other states I haven’t researched specific publications.

    Mr land trust books and academy are a great general resource on the subject, but I felt that it was lacking some details that may be state specific.
