If the tenant were serious, he would communicate with you.

@Joshua Telles, you will probably see LOTS of inconsistent communication with prospective tenants.

Of course, all channels can work.. it’s just that certain ones might be better for your situatoin right now.Since your Charlotte mortgage is higher, renting by the room can spread that burden across multiple renters.

Overall it was a good experience, and I will definitely do what I can to nurture the channel. 

You were also already aware of the poor communication from Brian and his team before Dec 2020.
