As well as coffee shops like Bottoms Up Coffee are moving in and small microbreweries like brew dog and Land Grant. 

If anyone in Gwinnett County or Atlanta area wants to connect, I'd love to grab coffee sometime!

Reimagined some of the spaces (turned an old pantry into a mud room and a coffee station.

Laundromats that are next to (same building) or attachedwith an access door to a coffee shop, cafe, etc are the best ones to get.
