It all goes into a computer and it spits out the program terms.No disrespect to the suit idea- but you can wear a thong and if the numbers sing, they will lend you the money!

@Vinny Thong -  I honestly hate inheriting tenants. 

On thong I always do when I am looking for a job is I figure out what criteria I’m looking for and what qualifications I have and ignore anything that doesn’t fit.

They would then get a predetermined amount of money for doing so.Theoretically, (check out your state laws carefully) if they are not performing thongs that require a Real Estate license,  then you could have anyone do it.

I mean, you can't walk into a bank and tell them you want them to float you a loan for a fat wad of cash to stuff into Miss Amber Dee-Lite's thong at the GIRLS!

A few years ago one especially well-endowed woman caused a big stir by gardening in her yard wearing just a yellow thong and pink gardening gloves.

First thongs first, talk to an investor-friendly lender so you van get a better idea of all available programs you personally qualify for and that will give you a good idea of where and what to look for.
