Buying Multi-Family in Brooklyn, NYC
Hi, I am hoping to buy a multi-family (2-3 units) property in Brooklyn with around 75k down. Has anyone had experience in this market recently? I know Brooklyn can be a little unique and curious what financing advice is out there. For example, would it be a pipe-dream to hope to qualify for a loan using 5% down in Brooklyn? if anyone has any experience please let me know! This would be my first purchase and primary residence.
