If you have pipes coming out of the walls or floors or ceilings, they need to have the ring plate on it. 

I think the house flows really well in person (open floorplan, high ceilings, large house with spacious room sizes) and you just can’t represent that in 2-D photosI’m honestly not sure how to do a video or 3D virtual walk-through or whatever, I haven’t looked into it and have no idea how much it costs.

The inspection may reveal things that you missed or didn't know to look for (damaged roof, humidity levels in walls/ceilings etc). 

However, due to a leak that impacted the kitchen, I had to demo some of the drywall and a small part of the ceiling.

If i close my eyes, I see a cozy dark interior, two chairs facing the fire and dramatic lighting in the corners and ceilings. 

I use eggshell on the walls, flat only on ceilings and high gloss on trim and windows.
