BOXABL for ADUs

Are you guys following the developments of Boxabl ??

People are spending 400k for an ADU but Boxabl offers a studio, with appliances, full kitchen and full bath for 60k. Best part is that it unfolds and if site prep is done, we can have a renter in in a matter of days upon delivery.

I want them to be available so bad, I would buy one right away.  They seem to be in development and backordered for years.  Unless something has changed but I hope they can speed up the production of them. Let me know if you have different information
