@Kaaren Hall after seeing your post i called them right away, their fees are extremely high for an HSA that for the most part most people don't have a lot of money in.I max my HSA every year, but if you have a self only plan you can only put about 4k /yr  and if you have some medical bills it's less.they are also very restrictive on taking money out, and no CC to pay the doctor. prior to speaking with them I was extremely excited to see this opportunity you suggested,  but after my conversation I'm no longer...I will look for other options now that I see there may be some, so thanks so much for bringing it up.

And a lot of old school GCs may not have the ability to take a CC and may not care to learn how to...Main question is: why do you want to do this?

I wish I had another work around for you, but I actually stopped using my business CC all together just to avoid the PITA "hacks" they offered as solutions. 

Bryan,This is one of the biggest challenges when investing in C/C+ areas, and it’s even more amplified in D-class neighborhoods.

Could you put it on a CC and pay it off within the billing cycle with either your income or selling some stock if absolutely necessary?

I also own properties in C/C+ neighborhoods, and although the cash flow is higher, those properties are more hands-on, and I typically experience higher turnover.

This tactic works for 99% of the time.What is more prevalent an issue for us is CC fraud. 

We get very few cancellations now that we are using their cc processing and have tightened the rules.
