I was informed by a neighbor that as recently as a couple years ago, the one house was basically a brothel, it's been cleaned up once the neighbors got the police involved but I imagine the tenants aren't the best.   

... or you could just open a brothel.

Banks,car manufactures what's next your local Outback steak house or how about that brothel down the street I'm sure that would help the economy.

If your going to turn your rental into a brothel it might as well be the best one in town !

There is also the Brothel law that prohibits more than 2 unrelated people from living in a home (maybe not an issue in your city, definitely something to look into).

There are no zoning laws there, which is all well and good until your neighbor opens a night club that plays loud music until 4am, or turns their property into a pig farm or a trash dump or a brothel, or you name it, which lowers your property's value and renders it impossible to sell, and there's nothing that you can do it about. 

. - [if the property is in Parump - I know it well,I used to have a client/friend that had a brothel and winery there[no connection anyh longer] - so there is some higher end dollars out there. and this was over 20 years ago.
