Anyone want to try this marketing technique with their property?
While this is not an advertisement for a real estate company, it did get me thinking whether or not this would be an effective marketing tool for a rehab business. You couldn't say that you buy "ugly houses" but you could create a unique brand for yourself. You would be the most recognizable rehabbing business in your community! Now the question is, would you be the most, or least popular rehabber?
