I closed on my second rental property 6 months ago, a 4 family in the Boston/Worcester/Lowell area in a C neighborhood. 3 units are doing fine, but the fourth unit (inherited tenant) has gone from bad to worse and has now pretty clearly developed into a drug den and includes needles on the ground and people with ankle bracelets staying there not on the lease.

We have lots of spots that are popular with Realtors for coffee or a beer.If they find that you've done a few deals, you might just get a cease and desist letter, if they see you're in the business and doing sizable transactions you might get some bracelets. :)

Last month, my son was teaching his sister how to make paracord bracelets to sell (he has a deal with a few local sport shops that buy and resell his bracelets).

Unless the offender is wildly out of control, or drugs or weapons are found (although no search is ever requested), it is only IF the offender returns, AND is reported again AND found on the property by the Cops, will they leave in bracelets.

Sadly, they don't show that I was within one hand of winning the bracelet before he made a spectacular comeback.
