Looking for a Civil Engineer and/or Landscape Contractor who can bringsome wall block retaining walls up to code.

I currently live Levittown and a house around the block from me is on the market for 1.5m.

I’ve used H&R Block for 30Years.

Neighborhoods there are usually in better shape (although Baltimore is very much block by block), and in my opinion, the quality of the tenant pool is much better.Oh, and great idea checking out the properties in person—the pictures you see on the MLS can be very deceptive lol.

But again, Chicago is a town where if you are one block over from the good area, you can go from an A to a C crossing the street.

There may be strategies that require a little more blocking and tackling, but the price, location, and amenities of your property is what is going to attract your target guest.

Augustine (mainly King St or surrounding blocks, if you're familiar with the area), or Jax Beach / Atlantic Beach area.

Other than blocking them, not much you can do about them unfortunately :(Good luck and belated congrats on the new house :)

I paid 2,200'on a survey and inspections of a wholesale and another heir blocked the deal 🤷🏻 You win some you lose some. 

Hey @Brett Baker, generally, any place with a great water view or directly on the water will bring more revenue.Of course profitability will all be based on purchase price and prevailing nightly rates in the area.If you find a cool 2/2 or 3/2 right on the water with a great view for 1.5m or a 2/2 or 3/2 house a block away for 600k, then I would look at the house over the condo.
