The older the home the more difficult (and therefore expensive) it's likely to be to restore a home to pre-loss condition2.

I'm interested in multifamily properties for future investments, however I don't like the idea of New York being the place.

Offer to be the guy that restores the old family property to it's former glory and all....Still it'll be hard to not look greedy because you do want to make money after all.....main thing to me is being super PATIENT.
