Won an Olympic gold medal but has to sleep outside at a park in Paris because it's too hot in the Olympic Village accommodations.

In retrospect pole dancing is NOW considered a 'sport' & may soon be an Olympic contender. 

The home prices are also much more affordable, and from what I am learning, the Salt Lake City market is getting very hot, especially considering the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics in 2034. 

You likely aren't marketing in the olympics, but building a strong social media platform only helps keep your property full and more demand means higher nightly rates means more profitable.

I would say we’re more in the Olympics of investing right now where you have to have a competitive advantage and you have to be an expert in order to win.

One of my favorite Sat. flights used to be going from Portland out the columbia up long beach shoot the approach into Aberdeen then go along the East side of the Olympics to Friday harbor for lunch and then back to Portland in time for cocktail hour.. stunning scenery..
