Is it before you interview them?

Hey, Im new to the platform...but Im looking for the best software to find probate properties and also to farm owners that have 5 plus properties.  Any suggestions would be appreciated .

Try interviewing at least three managers.1.

You will want to interview at least a couple of realtors and determine what resources they have available for you in several arenas (lenders, contractors, more). 

You will be interviewed multiple times to ensure this is the right for you.

Although it is possible to do everything 100% remote, most people I know who are self managing do come on site for a few days or weeks to meet and sort of interview the team they are building.You will need trusted cleaners, handymen, and also good recs for trades i.e. roof, plumbing, HVAC, etc.If you need home setup in most markets there are designers who will handle the whole set up for you, and I would want to interview them as well.  

@Toby FellowsYou are correct, you need to ‘hang’ your license under a broker in order to practice real estate, and most brokerages require you to become a member of the National Association of Realtors as well.While you are preparing and taking your courses, contact several brokers and interview them to find out who might be a good fit.

I would then interview a few and make a choice as to what one to move forward with.
