Cold calling IMO is the easiest way to get into the space.

As a bonus when you sign up you also get an e-book that has tips to running your wholesaling business.We normally pull 50k+ list when we do our monthly campaigns of cold calling.

I've begun cold calling and looking to alternate methods of finding deals, but if anyone has any advice for overcoming this I'd love to connect.

I realize people are trying to make a living, but anyone who cold calls me is the last person I'd use for any transaction (plus I have people for that!).  

This is completely understandable that folks don't want to move around in the cold/ winter.

Told them to do a drive by and call me back with an offer :)The person who called you probably just spent $15,000 for mentoring and “education”, and is now in panic that his 250 cold calls have not produced anything .  

Its hard to find deals unless you are connected, advertise a lot, cold call a lot, knock a lot, and/or work very hard at it. 

I do SMS, cold call, mail, online, wholesalers, etc.

I have a team of two who do texting campaigns and one who does cold calls.
