They will be able to update you on what you need to do to help fire proof your home, and if there are any other options to lower insurance like external fire sprinklers, sealing up, attic vents, defensible space, etc.

You said that the coverage of the loss and I assume the cost of legal defense was an "exclusion" to title coverage.  

They lady I was speaking to grew very defensive and told me that they had emailed to me confirmation for this web-site.
