We had a unit that was ready for open house this mid November that took 4 open houses to get a tenant moving in Christmas day (i know strange move in day, chose by the tenant).

Re-stock is supposed to happen a certain way but I recently had a group staying for Christmas who reached out to ask if there were extra paper towels.

With now being a weekend, and going on Christmas week, what would you suggest i do?

I've had to override Christmas 2025 to make it higher because PriceLabs has it too low...but if I increase my base rate, the other dates are off...this may fix itself over time as PriceLabs learns my occupancy and rates, not sure).
