I currently own a 2 family in Weymouth Ma and want to know if anyone were to guess in the south shore area of Braintree , Weymouth , and Quincy Ma what could rentals go up to?

I have been planning to looking into neighboring towns like Holbrook, Abington, Braintree, and Weymouth, but I am open to suggestions on both the North and South Shore.3.

Traveling South I think you can explore Quincy/Braintree and a more affordable Abington/Weymouth that's been very popular in the recent years. 

Does anyone else have experience on this in Quincy, Milton or Braintree area?
