Renting a single fam vs. renting a mullti family
I currently have 2, 2-family properties in South Boston, MA and can usually rent a unit in 1 - 4 days. In the past 3 years I've had 100% occupancy and even with a couple of turnovers haven't had a month of vacancy. I'm ready to buy my 3rd property and now I'm debating on a 1 family just south of Boston. My concern is they may not rent as quickly and are they less popular. Does anyone else have experience on this in Quincy, Milton or Braintree area?
