Maybe take this opportunity to move to a different location, get a good paying job.Expose yourself to other people like you.Maybe learn a skill/trade - hvac, plumbing etc.Make youtube videos of your journey.You are 24  - you have so much life ahead of you - get out there and make some mistakes !!!

Prepagent also has a massive pdf file for all of the vocab, as well as flashcards and vocab study guides.I also recommend the Real Estate Advantage YouTube channel.

I've done tons of reading and watching videos on Youtube that give very in depth information so I do feel comfortable tackling this deal, but would love some advice as I go through the steps or just someone to come back to for next steps mentorship.
