The one I looked at literally had yellow shutters while the other unit had white.

Thomas Wassmann so far I have a targeted list of absentee owners in my local area and I plan to send yellow letters and follow ups.

Everyone defines their "yellow brick road".

I know that Bradenton in the summertime has a resevoir that runs low and they get yellow sandy water.

It will take you a while to get traction but if sellers are coming to you (inbound) the likelihood they are motivated is much higher compared to you blasting out postcards and yellow letters (outbound).
