I just don't know.The places we looked at were 1/2 the size of your place and are more of a bargain for visitors rather than an over the top experience like you are planning so I never really looked into that sort of decor.I will say that the prices didn't justify the nightly rate. 60-90 a night just doesn't cut it on a 350k purchase for us.

Pick one based on where you would like to visit, or feel most comfortable...or just throw a dart!

We normally get a lot of visitors from the UK and CA but those are still shut off right now. 

Our cabin in the Smokies borders about 100 acres of undeveloped land and we get very frequent bear visitors, including moms with cubs every year.
