Hello from Miami, Florida. I am a new member to BiggerPockets, still a green newbie on this, hoping to learn a lot here and to do my first deal some day not too far away in the future. Thinking about buying and holding for rent, but who knows, just learning for now. 

Anyways, not sure what else to say, maybe I can met local landlords and make valuable connections through this platform.
