The houses could be great, so great you don't have to do due diligence, but I'd have to do some major research into figuring out how that's possible and I'd still be irritated about paying a fee when no one else charges one (although maybe it means you get better service, I don't know).

I've always thought Facebook was oriented to "joining"  groups and people would get irritated if you randomly plopped real estate ads.

How long is your due diligence period before your earnest money goes hard (you've lost it if you back out)  IE seller warrants there are no legal actions, has valid permit to run a MHP, there are no toxic dump issues, the lagoons and wells have a current valid operating permit and has been inspected by applicable agencies,,, many many more.

So, I looked a four "creative" listings lately and am becoming more and more irritated at the audacity of some of these listing agents...I mean really, there are guidelines to listing a property.

I am frankly irritated with our market and how things are being done but hey I'm just one little fish in a sea of sharks.

Keep asking questions and be sure to use all of BP to private message people you read about who do courageously post even though the negative comments are so toxic. 

Plaster, wallpaper, lathe all are non toxic as far as I know.
