I've got a single family home rented out in San Jose, CA and unfortunately my long term tenant has stopped paying rent and is ghosting me. 

What we need is for people to stop being fed the giant lie that there is a "housing crisis".

The bank stopped just short of requiring a colonoscopy and hired an incompetent attorney to draft the loan docs requiring unnecessary back and forth with the title company prior to funding the loan.

Going forward, STOP blind trusting people, especially people who say "trust me" those are the #1 people you should be most skeptical about. 

I told tenant B that I ask tenant A to stop.

So my tenants  told me they have been emptying the washing machine into the sump pump past 6 months (As opposed to in the shower. )several circuit breakers stopped working and the electrician just told me It’s because  because the sump pump circuit breaker shorted. 

If you decide to stop doing business with them, they will supposedly return the full $500.* = They also charge 50% of one month's rent to place a tenant.
