Geographic/state-level shifts? 

We started with purchasing turn key suited homes, but due to market shifts and our comfort level we moved to building the same style homes as purpose built rentals….

It's a very marginal shift in thinking, but it's huge.That said, what is it about you that will attract a partner?

If the lines do physically cross the PL onto your lot, based on your description it sounds like it would be very easy to simply shift the water lines offsite so they aren't on your lot anymore...With this I mean to shift the water line after the meter all the way to their building not relocate the actual meter itself.

We are from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and we are just recently shift our focus from investing in single family to investing in MultiFamily. 

I have solely invested in residential suited properties until now but I am trying to prepare for a shift to larger multi-family when that program launches.

Looks cheap and they shift easily and start to look bad quickly.

I recently completed real estate school in pursuit of a salesperson license but realized that path is not where I want to land (no pun intended), and have since shifted my focus onto the Investing side of the game. 

This required a lot more front end work than any previous investment and a mindset shift in regards to tenant base.

I am a full time firefighter and doing Real Estate "Part Time at the moment, I try to put in 35 hrs/week with some being while im on shift at the station.
