I think that is critical.. especially if your audited if they have been doing your work for many years they will be easly able to defeat an audit. 

I am glad to read someone who has read or heard the stuff out there with a critical mind.A lot of the material out there about wholesaling is just recirculated material from someone else that has been around for years. 

@William Allen I like what ideas you shared and being looked at your crazy is something everybody deals with but with being in the military more times than not the amount of criticism is much stronger and often.

You can tell a lot about a person by how they present themselves  Great info, thank you.And I agree, one should value a contractor like any other critical relationship.
